RETURNS& EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise agreed, Rodeo Drive Time has a blanket " NO REFUND " policy (unless of course your item was either incorrect or damaged prior to purchase). We do however, grant return privileges when the customer has explained to us BEFORE the deal is made that they need to have a 24 or 48 hour " return privilege ".
